Meet Dr. Farmer By: Valerie Baker

I think that taking Dual Credit classes are a great idea. You can kill
two birds with one stone. You can get your high school credit and get
the college class out of the way already. Dual Credit History is time
consuming but kind of easy to do for me. It just takes memorizing the
important things in the book. Setting time aside for it can be hard
though. We don't do the history Dual Credit course in class; it's up to
you to do it on your own time. Since you have to read 3-5 chapters in a
month, it would be really hard to do it all right before the test. So
what I do is divide the reading up into a few pages a day, to make it
easier. What I don't get to on the weekdays, I make up on the weekends.
It was really hard studying for the first test because ACE barely got
our books in 2 weeks before the test and we had 5 chapters to read.
