In years past the Lady Horns basketball program has not been looked on as a threat. With lack of success, and dedication, the program was set
up for failure. But with returning head coach Chris Paddock's new plan,
the Lady Horns have become a force to be reckoned with. With sweat and sore muscles during off season, the Lady Horns look to gain a playoff spot, a position that has not been held by the program since 1986. A playoff spot takes dedication and teamwork. This means that parties on the weekends, late nights out, and boyfriends are no longer in the picture. With these distractions set aside, victory is in their grasp.
Practices are no longer a time to chat with friends, or to mess around,
but a time to give it their all. Leaving the drama off the court, the
chemistry is clear, and the Lady Horns are headed down the right path.
With the season opener coming soon, the Lady Horns are anxious to prove what they are really made of. Come support the Lady Horns, and cheer us on to victory.
